She also mentioned that doing forward bends with proper instruction helped her feel refreshed. Pathak said that "all front bending asanas are particularly helpful," including Hastapadasana and Adho Mukha Savasana.
In addition to these postures, Pathak suggests engaging in yogic breathing techniques like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari in order to improve concentration.
